The sale of Contico is in line with the Company's stated strategy of exiting its non-core investments and at this time no financial details surrounding the disposal are being disclosed.

Based in Redruth, Cornwall in the UK, Contico is a provider of general cleaning products and janitorial equipment and supplies. The proceeds of the sale will be used to develop Proventec's core business.
