Six Sigma Consultant

Successful applicants will have three or more years of management consulting experience. Ideal candidates will have led Kaizen events and implemented 5S and Kanban systems with clients and are either lean six sigma green belt or black belt certified. They will also have experience improving processes in an external consulting environment — process improvements that have led to increased results that can be directly attributed to the clients’ bottom line. Applicants must have strong implementation skills and demonstrable specialist expertise in the following areas:

How you work is as important to us as what you know. We are looking for self-aware people with the confidence to work in a truly authentic way with our clients. Our model requires us to work through others, so the ability to influence people at all levels of an organization is critical. We believe that affecting truly sustainable behavioral change requires us to work with our client’s people day-in and day-out at their work site. We go to them wherever they are regardless of whether that is an office building in the center of town or a large manufacturing plant or offshore platform.

Evolve consultants work with our clients throughout North America. Qualified candidates will have prior authorization to work in either the US or Canada and be able to travel extensively within that geography.

If what we have described intrigues and excites you, and you feel electrified because you finally feel like you have found your professional 'home', we want to hear from you.

Please feel free to contact us for US and Canada based opportunities. Please provide details of your experience and your interests, and tell us why working for Evolve appeals to you.

Please note that you should also have authorization to work in the US or Canada - and be able to travel extensively within that geography. You will also need to be available for overseas rotations to other locations as required. You should be able to work in both office and industrial settings, including offshore, and feel comfortable working in a performance-based, multicultural, and entrepreneurial environment.
